Design Notes
We had to design so that for the dCas9-FokI the PAM sequences were facing out allowing for the FokI to binid in the middle and cause the mutations.

The flanking regions of this part which are the intron signal sequences come from the yeast genome. The middle complementary gRNA was BLASTed to find a gRNA that is non-homologous to the yeast genome.
